Who we're looking for?

Individuals with excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. The individual must also be passionate about technology and emerging trends in businesses.

What's the work like?

We build cutting-edge cloud-based solutions used by over 30,000 companies worldwide, primarily in the US, Australia, and Canada. We regularly reach out to them via emails, calls, support guides, blogs, newsletters, and forums. You will work US hours in a rotation, with the option to work late hours from home. Our goal is to maximize value and provide stellar customer experience, believing that a value-driven strategy fosters long-term growth rather than focusing solely on revenue.

You will play a central role in this evolving space by:

  • Understanding customer requirements quickly, identifying our product's value for them, and ensuring optimal usage

  • Focusing on customer success and delivering long-term value

  • Driving and tracking consistent engagement with customers

Additionally, you should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A passion for technology and leveraging it as a business game changer

Key Activities

Your typical day will include:

  • Onboarding: Working closely with new customers to identify their needs and map them to our product

  • Account Escalations: Responding to alerts, red flags, health issues, and queries

  • Renewals: Following up on current-month renewals to prevent surprises

  • Upsell Campaigns: Driving portfolio growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades

  • Periodic health checks: Regularly assessing account health to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Advocacy: Managing relationships, driving feature requests, obtaining case studies, and referrals

  • Research: Gaining expertise in industry verticals, best practices, and competitors

  • Sales: Engaging prospective clients for product demos, evaluations, and workflow mapping
