• Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
• Design and architect solutions for API management and integrations.
• Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations.
• Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
