Qivolt Energy is recruiting a Solar Structure Fabricator & Installer for on-site work in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will fabricate, assemble, and install mounting structures for solar projects, ensuring precise alignment and safe anchoring on rooftops and ground sites.

Responsibilities include cutting, welding, panel mounting, and routine quality checks, with collaboration across engineers and site teams to meet deadlines while following HSE guidelines.

Competenze

• Candidates should have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, drilling, and welding of structural components according to technical drawings.
• Mechanical assembly skills with hand and power tools, fasteners, supports, and structural alignment for solar mounting systems.
• On-site installation experience for rooftop and ground-mounted structures with basic rigging and safe handling at height.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and layout plans, perform basic measurement, and inspect fabricated/installed structures for quality.
• Awareness of workplace safety and PPE use, including HSE best practices and safe operation of tools and machinery.
• Technical qualification or vocational training in mechanical, fabrication, welding, or related fields is beneficial.
• Prior experience in solar structure fabrication, construction, or metal works is preferred.

Role Description

The Solar Structure Fabricator & Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of solar mounting structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting steel or aluminum profiles, welding and drilling components, assembling mounting frames, and installing structures on rooftops and ground-mounted sites in accordance with engineering drawings and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with project engineers and technicians, preparing work areas, handling tools and equipment, and ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring of solar structures. The Solar Structure Fabricator & Installer will also assist in panel mounting, cable routing support, quality checks, and basic maintenance of fabrication tools and installation gear. Proper documentation of work completed, adherence to HSE guidelines, and collaboration with the site team to meet project deadlines are key aspects of the role.
