Job summary

SR Energies is seeking an experienced Solar Sales professional to drive residential and commercial solar system sales through field visits and social media outreach. You will generate new leads, assess customer needs, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes lead generation and customer acquisition, with compensation including a fixed salary plus commission, and a strong emphasis on meeting monthly targets in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• Experience in solar sales is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of solar systems, inverters and batteries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-dealing skills.
• Energetic, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial solar leads through field sales and market visits.
• Visit homes, commercial areas and businesses to develop new sales.
• Handle and generate leads through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media.
• Understand customer requirements and develop qualified sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
