Job summary

A leading tech company in Karachi is seeking an organized and driven individual for a project management role. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks for successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is preferred.

Job description

• Work with stakeholders to create project roadmaps and milestones
• Organize cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, QA & product ownership to keep them aligned
• Prioritize which areas the team should focus on during each Sprint to ensure the project’s success
• Communicate with external clients and stakeholders to assess feedback and manage expectations
• Continuously measure the efficiency of the development efforts and course-correct as needed
• Create necessary documents such as feature specs, user stories, user journey diagrams, change requests, milestones, roadmap, etc.
• Perform scrum activities such as backlog grooming, estimation, sprint planning & sprint retrospectives

Job Specification

• Bachelors degree in a technology or management related field
• 1-2 years experience working in a similar capacity
• Organized, driven, highly motivated
• Familiar with Agile Development & Scrum
• Comfortable using tools such as Jira/Trello, Slack, Google Meet, Sheets & Slides, etc.
• Software development expertise or prior knowledge is a bonus
• Ability to use design/mock-up tools such as Sketch/Figma is a bonus
