Job summary

Devsinc is looking for a skilled Software Engineer I – AI/ML with at least 1.5 years of professional AI/ML and Python experience. You will design, implement, and deploy AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced services environment is essential. The role requires strong Python skills, ML/DL proficiency (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), RESTful APIs, NLP basics, and cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years in AI/ML development, preferably post-graduation.
• Strong Python, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
• Hands-on ML/DL with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Practical Generative AI, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex or similar tools.
• RESTful APIs and backend development using FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Knowledge of NLP, transformers, embeddings, and vector DBs.
• SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong analytical and debugging skills; excellent English.

Responsibilities

Devsinc is looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer I – AI/ML with a minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Python development, preferably post-graduation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI, along with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone with excellent English communication abilities, hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused, services-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML applications and intelligent solutions using Python.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Build and implement Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

Requirements
