Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a seasoned Senior Project and Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives. You will lead diverse teams from design through deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and performance, participating in Scrum ceremonies to deliver value while guiding a cross-functional team in an on-site office setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and product management experience.
• Certification in scrum is a must.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; able to present to leadership.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and drafting budget proposals.
• Led projects and programs on-time and within budget.
• Influence and gain buy-in from executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple lines of business.
• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for one or more initiatives.
• Provide status on milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project and program teams.
• Collaborate with users to translate needs into product requirements.
• Maintain the product backlog and roadmap; participate in Scrum meetings and sprints.
