Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Lahore is seeking a Software Developer (Technical Support) to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across our Perseus Payments platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable integrations. The role requires strong problem-solving, Root cause analysis, and customer-focused communication.

A B.S. or higher in CIS/MIS/CS is expected, with MS SQL Server, RESTful services, C#, .NET Core, and Azure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, CS or related field.(must have)
• Experience with relational databases and MS SQL Server.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful services.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience in cloud-native development using Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for production issues and integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
