Job Description: Night Software Developer Production Support

Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and maintenance for software applications to apply new changes to the code and any bug fixes for the production issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve customer-reported problems.
4. Perform regular maintenance tasks including backup, performance tuning, and monitoring.
5. Develop and maintain documentation related to production support procedures and processes.
6. Continuously enhance software applications to improve performance, security, and reliability.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and support.
8. Good English communication skills mandatory.
