Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Software Engineer/DevOps in telecom or infrastructure.
• 3 years experience in one of: Typescript, Python, C#.
• Cloud platform experience - Azure or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is advantageous.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements and identify operational issues to improve systems.
• Produce technical documentation including BRDs, design docs, specs, and test plans.
• Design, test, and implement technology solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and document process flows.
• Research hardware/software needs and provide improvement recommendations.
• Ensure changes align with best practices and deliver measurable improvements.
• Operate within an Agile SCRUM environment and contribute to the team.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish and implement best practices across the business.
