Qualifications

• Understand Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Comfortable shooting video on a phone.
• Ability to edit short-form videos.
• Good eye for content, framing, and presentation.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment.
• Reliable — approved content gets posted.
• Comfortable approaching people to create content at the office.
• Student or fresh graduate from any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shoot Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content using your phone.
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar.
• Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Come up with fresh content ideas, hooks, and formats.
• Manage basic comments, DMs, and community engagement.
• Keep our content calendar and posting schedule organized.
• Track what performs and help us do more of what works.
