Social Media Specialist And Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing content across paid, owned and earned social channels.
• This includes blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
• Creates, manages and grows business/partner presence across all social media channels, including, but not limited to Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Use analytical measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
• Identify strategies for evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, event ROI, influencer engagement, brand partnerships, etc Collaborate with stakeholder and other internal staffs to ensure all social media pages are aligned with the strategic approach.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the relationship between content, targeted to the right audience, in the right channel.
• Monitor and respond to mentions or comments about all brand pages.
• Design graphical and video content using Adobe Creative Suite
• Being a distribution champion: from knowing what social platforms are best to promote different kinds of content, to seeding articles out elsewhere online to ensure it gets seen by the right eyes.
• Monitoring competitors and innovations in the industry and communicating these to the wider team.
• General day-to-day admin on the Social Team.

Job Specification

• Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing and Graphics Design
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design
• Adequate knowledge of paid social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
• Highly creative
• Fully conversant in Adobe CS6 (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Familiar with social media content distribution methods such as using Hootsuite
• A social media and/or marketing & communication background.
• Experience in working within a digital creative environment
• Experience in working with imagery and fashion graphics
• Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication
• Social media obsessive.
• Copywriting skills - the ability to convey a message in short snappy headlines
• Understanding of online content and brand promotion
• Passion for the brand and a great sense of humour.

Working Conditions

• You will be working from home for the first 4 months until our local office set up in Lahore.
• You will be provided with a business laptop.
• You must be available 9 am to 5 pm, 6 days a week.
• You must fulfil daily tasks assigned by the management and provide daily, weekly and monthly KPIs report.
• You must not gain second full-time job while working with us.
