MediCureBridge seeks a Social Media Manager to run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, crafting explainers about destinations, specialties and how-it-works for prospective patients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

• Answer patient questions in comments and messages, routing to consultants the same day.
• Apply the company's rules on medical claims, privacy and consent.
• Monthly reporting on reach, callback and booking requests from social channels.

Job description

MediCureBridge helps people compare hospitals and doctors abroad, and its social channels are where many of them first learn how that works. The Social Media Manager runs Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for prospective patients: explainers on destinations and specialties, how-it-works content, provider features and answers to the questions people repeatedly ask.

The tone is informative and careful. You follow strict rules on medical claims, privacy and consent, never promise outcomes, and reply to comments and messages quickly, passing anyone asking about a treatment to the consultants the same day.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish destination, specialty and how-it-works content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Produce provider and hospital features using material approved by the provider
• Answer patient questions in comments and messages and route enquiries to consultants the same day
• Apply the company's rules on medical claims, patient privacy and consent to every post
• Report monthly on reach, callback requests and booking requests that came from social

Requirements
