Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing social media content across client accounts.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and other multimedia content.
• Write compelling captions and basic social media copy tailored to different brands.
• Schedule and publish content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor social media accounts for engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
• Help track social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare basic reports on social media performance for internal review.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent and timely delivery of client content.
• Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all social media channels.
