Job summary

DBS Solutions is seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to own and evolve our ecommerce site.

You will develop, customize, and maintain the Shopify store, build Shopify 2.0 themes and components with Liquid, and convert Figma designs into responsive storefronts.

You will integrate APIs and third‑party apps, optimize performance and SEO, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with design, marketing, SEO, product, and business teams to continuously improve the website.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional Shopify development experience.
• Experience with Shopify APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and Shopify apps.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, product catalogs, variants, search, and checkout.
• Experience with SEO and website performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with Git/version control and structured development workflows.
• Ability to independently debug, troubleshoot, and maintain production Shopify stores.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain the Shopify store.
• Build and customize Shopify 2.0 themes, sections, templates, and components using Liquid.
• Convert Figma/UI designs into responsive Shopify storefronts.
• Build effective product pages.
• Implement product search, filtering, collections, navigation, and merchandising for a technical product catalog.
• Integrate Shopify APIs, third-party apps, payment gateways, shipping, inventory, CRM/ERP, and other business systems.
• Optimize store performance, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Implement Shopify SEO, including metadata, URLs, internal linking, and technical SEO requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storefront, integration, theme, checkout, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, SEO, product, and business teams to improve the website.
