Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee line operations, ensure quality and GMP adherence, and manage shift staff. You will start up and shut down production lines, maintain records for raw materials, production, and maintenance data, and coordinate with maintenance teams to meet KPIs.

You will also supervise machine operators in their absence, support other departments, and implement Quality, Food Safety and HSE systems across the production floor.

Qualifications

• F.Sc or Intermediate with DAE Mechanical or equivalent education.
• Experience in production environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth line operation at rated speed and ensureQuality Standards.
• Administer start up, shut down, and operation of Production Line.
• Maintain proper record keeping of Raw Material/ Production / Maintenance data.
• Ensure Cleaning and GMP of Production Line and relevant area.
• Manage the issuance procedure of raw material and spare parts from stores.
• Meet Production and Maintenance KPI’s relevant to the production line.
• Manages machine operations in absence of Machine Operator.
• Maintain & operate machines to support operators.
• Fill T- Cards for required maintenance.
• Support and facilitate other departments in achieving targets.
• Handle assignments by seniors.
• Implement Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.
