Job summary

HRBS Global in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a hygienic technician to execute CIP/COP cleaning programs across process lines, tanks, UHT, pasteurizers and packaging equipment. You will install and calibrate chemical dosing systems, monitor CIP skids, and perform hygiene testing at customer sites.

You will train customer teams on chemical handling, PPE, and hygiene practices, troubleshoot cleaning issues, and ensure compliance with NSF, PFA, PSQCA, SFA and QSR audits.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in CIP/COP or QSR hygiene.
• Valid driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute CIP/COP cleaning programs for process lines, tanks, UHT, pasteurizers & packaging equipment.
• Install, calibrate & monitor chemical dosing systems and CIP skid.
• Perform water quality, rinse water & surface hygiene testing.
• Support QSR, hotels & restaurants with hygiene & sanitation programs.
• Train customer teams in chemical handling, dilution, PPE & hygiene practices.
• Troubleshoot cleaning issues (scale, biofilm, milk stone, fouling, poor rinsing).
• Ensure compliance with food safety & audit standards (NSF, PFA, PSQCA, SFA, QSR audits).
• Maintain service reports, CIP logs & chemical consumption data.
• Support sales team for trials and new product applications.
• Manage chemical inventory at customer sites.
• Must be fully available for frequent travel as required by the role.
