Job Title: SEO Manager / Team Lead – Full-Time (In-Office – Multan)

Location: Multan, Punjab (On-Site Only)

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)

We're now opening a physical office in Multan and looking for a responsible SEO Manager who can lead operations, manage junior staff, and help us grow the local team.

Your Responsibilities:

SEO Execution: Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for our main website and affiliate projects

Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a small team of interns or junior SEO assistants

Task Delegation: Create SOPs and assign daily/weekly tasks to team members

Reporting: Monitor performance (traffic, rankings, leads) using tools like Ahrefs, GA4, GSC

Strategy: Suggest improvements in keyword targeting, link building, and content strategy

Outreach: Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and publishers when needed

Job Specification:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1–2 years of SEO experience (agency or freelance)

Leadership qualities & confidence to handle and train juniors

Must be able to work full-time from Multan office

Solid understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
