Job Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi, Pakistan

99 Technologies is looking for a motivated and hands-on SEO Executive to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an SEO professional with 1-2 years of practical experience who wants to move beyond basic SEO tasks and work on meaningful, real-world projects.

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, and high-quality Backlink Acquisition, while also supporting other SEO and organic growth activities when required.

We are looking for someone who understands that good SEO is not simply about running automated audits or generating reports. We want a proactive problem-solver who can identify issues, recommend solutions, execute strategies, and take ownership of their work.

What You'll Be Working On

(1) Technical SEO

You will be involved in identifying, analyzing, and helping resolve technical issues affecting website performance and search visibility, including:

• Technical SEO audits and issue identification
• Website crawling and indexing analysis
• Google Search Console monitoring
• Core Web Vitals and page performance
• XML sitemaps and robots.txt
• Redirects and crawlability issues
• Schema and structured data
• Identifying technical issues and coordinating their resolution

(2) Off-Page SEO

You will help strengthen the authority and online presence of our websites through ethical and strategic off-page SEO activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Off-page SEO strategy and execution
• Brand mentions and digital outreach
• Authority building
• Competitor backlink analysis
• Identifying relevant outreach and partnership opportunities

Link Building & Backlink Acquisition

A major focus of this role will be finding and executing opportunities for acquiring relevant, high-quality backlinks.

This may include:

• Link prospecting and research
• Guest posting opportunities
• Relationship building
• Backlink profile analysis
• Identifying toxic or low-quality links
• Monitoring acquired links
• Supporting link-building campaigns aligned with SEO goals

We are looking for sustainable, quality-focused SEO practices, not spammy or automated link-building.

Other Responsibilities

Depending on project requirements, you may also assist with:

• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• On-page SEO recommendations
• SEO performance monitoring
• SEO reporting
• Identifying organic growth opportunities
• Supporting the wider SEO and content strategy

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:
