Job summary

Creative Solutions International is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Punjab. You will implement our SEO strategy, train junior staff, and drive organic growth for clients.

You will conduct keyword research, optimize on-site elements, manage reports, and collaborate with product and tech teams. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, CMS, HTML, and recent algorithm updates is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven SEO experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Understanding of search engines and marketing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of silo structures, schema, CMS and HTML.
• Guest posting and blogger outreach experience.
• Experience with website optimization tools (Search Console, Google Tags Manager, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of all SEO steps including technical, on-page, and off-page factors.
• In-depth knowledge of Google algorithm updates.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Responsibilities

Role Description – SEO Specialist:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team of experts. In this pivotal role, you will demonstrate your expertise by training and supervising less experienced SEO Professionals while providing clear guidance on strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our comprehensive SEO strategy, driving organic performance and increasing the volume of organic leads and rankings for our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Execution: Take charge of implementing the SEO strategy by utilizing your hands-on expertise to conduct analysis and collaborate with our Product and technology team for seamless implementation.
• Reporting and Insights: Regularly generate technical, content, and ranking reports, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Keyword Research and Content Creation: Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover new opportunities and inform compelling content creation initiatives.
• Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a strong understanding of technical aspects, such as HTML, WordPress, URL hierarchies, redirects, schema, and page speed, to optimize on-site elements.
• Google Search Console Expertise: Showcase your in-depth knowledge of Google Search Console and its functionalities, effectively resolving non-indexing or other search console issues.
• Off-Site Link Building: Demonstrate familiarity with off-site link-building tactics and hygiene factors to further enhance organic performance.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm updates, SEO industry news, and trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Project Management: Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion independently.
• Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at catering to diverse audiences.

Requirements:
