Job summary

DiverseCity is seeking a proactive SEO / AEO / GEO Strategist to own organic search strategies across traditional and AI-era platforms. You will drive technical SEO, content optimization, and new playbooks for AI answer engines to improve visibility on Google, in AI answers, and within generative systems.

You should bring 2+ years of SEO success, familiarity with AI citation dynamics, and comfort with analytics tools.

Own organic and AI-era search for our clients. You'll drive traditional SEO while building our capability in Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimization — making sure our clients show up on Google, in AI answers, and inside generative systems.
