Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead the development of responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JS and modern frameworks. You will guide architecture, mentor juniors, and ensure code quality and performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies and industry best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions based on project requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, while ensuring adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Integrate and manage APIs, databases, third-party services, and external systems as required by project specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, debugging, and performance optimization, while mentoring and supporting junior developers.
• Take ownership of website deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, security updates, and ongoing technical support.
• Analyze technical challenges, identify appropriate solutions, and contribute to technical architecture, development strategies, and process improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, development tools, and industry trends, and recommend improvements where applicable.
• Perform other senior-level development, technical, and project-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager to support company and client objectives.
