Job summary

Flashh Productions is seeking a Video Editor to join a fast-paced, creative editing team in Lahore. You will edit short-form content for reels, shorts, and TikTok, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing and engaging visuals.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro is essential; After Effects is a plus. You’ll work closely with feedback, meet tight deadlines, and help craft content that resonates with brands and creators.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) for creators, brands and SaaS clients.

• Perform basic VFX, transitions and motion graphics as needed.
• Integrate B-roll and visual assets per briefs and references.
• Revise edits based on client feedback.

Job description

I’m looking for a Video Editor to join my growing editing team and work with me on short-form content for creators, brands, and SaaS businesses.

The role will mainly focus on editing Reels, Shorts, TikToks and other social media content.

What you’ll work on:

• Short-form video editing
• Talking-head / UGC content
• Captions and text animations
• Strong pacing and retention
• SFX, sound design and music
• Basic VFX, transitions and motion graphics
• B-roll and visual asset integration
• Following references and creative briefs
• Making revisions based on client feedback

What I’m looking for:

• Good knowledge of Premiere Pro
• After Effects knowledge is a plus
• Good sense of pacing and storytelling
• Understanding of modern short-form content
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow a reference/style accurately
• Reliable communication and deadlines
• Willingness to learn and improve

You don't need to be an expert at everything. I'm mainly looking for someone with good editing fundamentals, creativity and a strong willingness to improve.
