Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL seeks a dedicated Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender activities in Karachi. You will assess opportunities, prepare technical and financial bids, and coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance and Logistics to ensure timely submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of tender management experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills. Expect engagement with PPRA regulations and documented compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of tender management experience.
• Knowledge of EPADS, PPRA, and healthcare tenders.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate tender opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids.
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance and Logistics.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and PPRA regulations.
• Prepare compliance sheets, bid comparisons, and pricing support.
• Follow up on evaluations, clarifications, and contract awards.
• Maintain tender records, reports, and submission schedules.
• Supervise and support tender staff.
