Smart Working is hiring for a UK-based organisation to blend 60% SEO with 40% React/Next.js development. You’ll drive organic growth by coding, publishing pages and optimizing performance.

You’ll also manage content marketing, analytics and multiple websites, using AI tools to automate workflows. You should have 5+ years in content marketing and SEO, plus GA4/GTM and React/Next.js experience. This is a remote, fast-paced role with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing and SEO content strategy.
• 5+ years driving Google Search and organic ranking growth.
• 5+ years using GA4 and GTM.
• 2+ years with React and Next.js.
• YouTube content promotion experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy.
• Own technical SEO and fix issues affecting visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve rankings, traffic and leads.
• Develop an SEO-focused content strategy.
• Identify content gaps and improve content.
• Monitor Google rankings and GA4/GTM KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports measuring business outcomes.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to automate tasks.
