Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from concept to implementation, coordinating 2–3 teams of 5–8 members each. You will translate customer specs into tasks, set timelines, and ensure delivery with focus on code quality, client relations, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile development, cloud and software engineering practices, and proven leadership across programs with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE required.
• 10–14 years IT management experience.
• 5+ years hands-on development experience.
• Experience leading 2–4 full project deliveries as a Tech Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–3 teams of 5–8 individuals each.
• Break down customer specifications into tasks and timelines.
• Ensure high-value deliverables and code quality.
• Interact with client teams and managers to manage expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans across all phases.
• Monitor progress and report milestones.
