Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• 10–14 years of IT management, including development and customer interaction.
• 5+ years hands-on development in any language.
• Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, or SLA.
• AWS and TDD are desirable.
• Ability to discuss technical decisions with teams and executives.
• Experience in software apps, open source, mobile, integration or data migration projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adherence to ISMS policies and incident reporting.
• Big Data on cloud is a plus.
