WPBrigade is seeking a Senior Technical Content Writer – AI Enabled to translate complex software concepts into clear, accurate documentation. You will leverage Claude and other AI tools throughout research, outlining, drafting, editing, and final publication, while maintaining editorial quality and technical accuracy.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows, content strategy, and collaboration with developers, PMs, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical writing
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and documentation standards
• Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Claude for professional writing and content workflows
• Practical experience with ChatGPT and other AI‑assisted writing/productivity tools
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering
• Excellent research, analytical, editing, proofreading, and content‑structuring skills
• Ability to independently research technical subjects and verify information
• Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and other technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical content, including technical blogs, product and developer documentation, user guides, tutorials, how-to guides, knowledge-base articles, FAQs, feature documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting guides
• Research complex technical topics and convert them into clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand content
• Work closely with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other technical teams to understand products, features, workflows, and technical requirements
• Use Claude extensively throughout the content-writing lifecycle, including research, ideation, outlining, drafting, restructuring, editing, proofreading, and content refinement
• Apply advanced prompting techniques to get high-quality and contextually relevant results from Claude
• Use Claude to analyze technical documents, specifications, source material, product information, and other references before developing content
• Use AI tools to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Review and improve AI-generated drafts to ensure they meet professional writing and technical standards
• Fact-check and validate AI Assisted content using reliable technical sources, product documentation and input from technical teams
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, originality, tone, terminology, and structure across all published content
• Develop reusable AI-assisted writing prompts, workflows, and content processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Use AI tools to identify content gaps, inconsistencies, outdated information, and opportunities for documentation improvement
• Repurpose existing technical content into different formats while maintaining accuracy and context
• Edit and update existing documentation based on product updates, feature changes, and user feedback

We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer – AI Enabled who combines strong technical writing expertise with advanced knowledge of AI-assisted content creation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced technical writer who can understand complex software and technology concepts and transform them into clear, accurate, engaging, and well-structured content. The candidate should be highly proficient in using Claude, along with other AI tools such as ChatGPT, as part of their day-to-day writing, research, editing, and content optimization workflow.

This role requires someone who understands that AI is a productivity and content-enhancement tool, while maintaining strong human judgment, technical accuracy, originality, and editorial quality.

Key Responsibilities
