Qualifications

• PM experience leading complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient with tools like Jira or MS Project and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and communicate project objectives, progress, and updates to stakeholders and team members regularly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve project management processes and methodologies.
