Teamlead

Job Title: Part-time Teamlead in Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Teamlead to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and conducting regular performance evaluations
• Oversee project timelines and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement changes as needed
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preference

We prefer candidates who have experience working as a Teamlead in Lahore. However, we welcome candidates from all levels who have the required skills and qualifications.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. The candidate must be able to work from our office location without accommodation.
