Job summary

10Pearls, LLC in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead client onboarding, automate infrastructure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires hands-on AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting; strong documentation and collaboration with development teams are essential.

You will implement scalable, secure delivery pipelines and stay current with DevOps practices to improve deployment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong documentation skills for system configuration, processes, and tools.
• Advanced knowledge of at least two Cloud Providers AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Hands-on advanced-level experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and ArgoCD or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, and/or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience in creating and deploying CI/CD infrastructure through tools like Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitLab-CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Advanced knowledge of web servers including Nginx and Apache.
• Good understanding of DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like NewRelic, DataDog, CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure or GCP – professional level would be plus; Kubernetes (CKA) would be plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up their pipelines and infrastructure automation end to end.
• Document system configurations, processes, and tools used by the team.
• Ensure release and change management processes are followed in production.
• Communicate with stakeholders and align on DevOps practices and goals.
• Collaborate with development to deploy CI/CD infrastructure via Jenkins, Pipelines, GitLab-CI, or CodePipeline.
• Build environments for QA, development, and production and maintain security/compliance.
