MergeStack is seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead development efforts for high-traffic web applications in Lahore. You will own front-end and back-end tasks, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure web services.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, GraphQL, and modern tooling, with opportunities to guide a talented team onsite in Lahore.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of React, Vue.js, Redux, Redux Saga, React Query, Hook Form, HookState, Material UI, and Tailwind.
Deep knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with consumer web development for high-traffic, public-facing applications.
Capability to manage and lead a team of developers.
Familiarity with continuous integration (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
Experience in software development and testing.
