Contour Software in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Blazor and .NET Core team across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. You will design, build, and maintain modern web applications, including legacy AngularJS sites, while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of professional software development, strong Blazor/.NET Core skills, REST APIs, and a solid understanding of modern web architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficient with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) and .NET Core/C#
• Experience maintaining legacy AngularJS applications
• Hands-on RESTful API development experience
• Strong grasp of modern web app architecture and relational databases
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Nice to have React or other JS frameworks experience
• Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) familiarity

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using Blazor and .NET Core, including legacy AngularJS applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards
