Job summary

DWP Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers and VRF units. The role involves hands-on technical work at customer sites in Lahore and supervising service technicians.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operation while maintaining detailed service records and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, VRF systems, control panels, and HVAC controls.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system commissioning.
• Proven ability to supervise and guide technical teams.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at customer sites and support service requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including chillers and VRF units.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and manage control panel integration and system controls.
• Test, calibrate, and adjust thermostatic controls for optimal performance.
• Supervise, train, and guide service technicians to ensure quality work and safety.
• Coordinate with clients to address service complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor system functionality, report findings, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service reports.

• Test, calibrate, and adjust thermostatic controls to ensure optimal system performance.
• Supervise, train, and guide service technicians to ensure quality work and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with clients to address service complaints, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor system functionality, identify recurring issues, and report findings and recommendations to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
