Job summary

ISMO invites applications for a contract-based position of Manager (Security) in Islamabad. The role demands extensive security operations experience, leadership of security teams, and the ability to coordinate with government authorities.

Minimum four years of bachelor-level education plus eight years of relevant security experience are required; certifications in security/crisis management are advantageous, with an age cap of 40 years.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (04) years Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business/Public Administration, Security Management, Social Sciences, or related field from a reputed HEC-recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience preferably in security administration, intelligence, operations, leading security teams, managing sensitive facilities, developing security SOPs, conducting risk assessments, emergency drills, and incident management, and coordination with Government law-enforcement and civil administration authorities.
• Certification: Training/certification in Security/Crisis Management, Fire & Safety, Disaster Management, or Business Continuity will be an advantage.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
