The Senior School Teacher is responsible for executing assigned duties in Army Public School and College (Iqra). Core focus includes operational efficiency, statutory compliance, quality standards, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Deliver secondary classroom instruction in science and English; design weekly lesson plans aligned with APSACS framework; supervise science laboratory practical sessions; prepare quizzes, term exams, and FBISE board preparation tests; conduct parent-teacher meetings; mentor student co-curricular activities and science exhibitions.
• Pedagogy & Lesson Planning (SMART Objectives), Secondary Science & English Curriculum Delivery, Classroom Management & Child Psychology, Science Laboratory Safety & Practicals, Formative Assessment & FBISE Paper Setting, Differentiated Instruction

Section 1 — Pedagogy, Teaching Methodologies & Educational Psychology (50%); Section 2: General Science Curriculum Delivery & Laboratory Practicals (30%); Section 3: Advanced English Language, Grammar, Literature & Expression (20%). Total 100 MCQs, 90 minutes duration, 50% qualifying threshold.
