Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP solutions across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will lead full lifecycle projects—from blueprint to go-live and post-implementation support—and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in at least two core modules, and a track record of at least two full-cycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

• Develop specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution quality.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions to meet our business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP modules and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions, including system configuration and customization.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing SAP functionalities and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the SAP landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, master data, and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification in a relevant module is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other user experience (UX) technologies.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging and basic programming concepts.
• Project management experience or certifications.
