Job summary

DWP Group in Lahore is seeking a Senior SAP B1 Functional Consultant to lead business process mapping, module configuration, and enterprise-wide deployment. You will drive full-lifecycle SAP B1 implementations, oversee upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live support to ensure robust solutions that scale with the business.

The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on SAP B1 experience, strong finance knowledge, and excellent communication to bridge business needs with system capabilities.

Qualifications

• ACCA or B. Com or Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One.
• Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, and MRP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge business needs with system logic.
• Official certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders and create BBPs and gap analyses.
• Map, configure, and fine-tune SAP B1 modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP, and CRM.
• Own end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Perform master data migrations using the Data Transfer Workbench.
• Architect UAT scenarios and deliver training for key users and admins.
• Provide functional guidance and create system documentation for mapped workflows.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP B1 Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization. You will ensure robust SAP B1 solutions that support enterprise-level business growth and operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders and create comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and gap analysis reports.
• Map, configure, and fine-tune core SAP B1 modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM.
• Own and drive end-to-end full-lifecycle SAP B1 implementation cycles, system upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare
• Cleanse, structure, and execute precise master data migrations and transactional data uploads utilizing the Data Transfer Workbench
• Architect comprehensive User Acceptance Testing scenarios and deliver high-impact training sessions for key users and system administrators.
• Provide functional guidance, deliver detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and ensure best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.

Qualifications:

• ACCA or B. Com or Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One, with a proven track record of completing at least 3 full lifecycle implementation cycles.
• Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Exceptional client-facing presence, analytical problem-solving mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge business needs with system logic.
• Official certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One, and basic technical familiarity with SQL/HANA queries or Crystal Reports.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Arabic.
