Job Type: Full-Time | 6 days a week | 10-hour shifts (7 AM – 2 AM, flexible)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesman / KPO to manage pharmacy sales, supervise staff, handle billing, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires leadership, customer service skills, and knowledge of pharmacy inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train junior staff on prescriptions, medicine handling, and customer service.

Ensure pharmacy hygiene, discipline, and shift scheduling.

Manage inventory: stock movement, expiry control, FIFO, deliveries, and inter-branch transfers.

Perform accurate billing as Key Punching Operator (KPO).

Handle customer queries and ensure professional service.

Motivate staff and report to Pharmacy Manager/Operations Head.
