Cloudsquare is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to build scalable solutions using both declarative tools and code. You will work with Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations while ensuring alignment with product architecture and security standards.

Collaborate with Analysts and Architects to translate requirements, participate in design reviews, and deliver maintainable, well-documented components.

Formación

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, combining declarative configuration and custom code (Apex, LWC, Triggers, APIs).
• Proven success building and deploying solutions on Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience with productized delivery models or managed packages (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, automation, security, and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate requirements with Business Analysts and Solution Architects into scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic logic.
• Evaluate overall solution impact before implementing changes to ensure alignment with product architecture.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to validate feasibility and ensure design meets needs.
• Participate in design reviews, following development standards and security guidelines.
• Write efficient, bulk-safe code that complies with governor limits and product guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing and self-validation before QA submission.
• Document developed components with purpose, dependencies, and test notes for traceability.
• Support QA with test scenarios, fix bugs, and ensure resolutions don’t create new issues.
• Identify reusable components and contribute to Delivery Knowledge Hub.
• Partner with Product and Delivery teams to keep customizations aligned with product standards.
• Assist in deployments, including metadata migration using Salesforce DX and Change Sets.
• Take ownership from business context to tested, stable, and documented delivery.
• Optimize solutions for performance, security, and maintainability across orgs.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and Cloudsquare product updates.
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication and raise risks early.
• Promote Cloudsquare values with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude.
