Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Fire Protection, MEP, HVAC, Electrical or engineering sales.
• Proven ability to close deals and prepare commercial proposals.
• Strong communication and industry network to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies for MEP and Fire Protection sectors.
• Lead tender processes from prequalification to contract award.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, procurement and finance teams.
• Mentor and manage a seven-person sales team.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and clients.
