HRSI seeks a dynamic Senior Executive – Sales & Development to support product development initiatives and coordinate between technical, operational, and commercial teams in Karachi, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Automotive sector preferred).
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product development trials and assist in R&D activities.
• Coordinate with Product Development (PD) and Operations teams to evaluate technical feasibility, design optimization, and production challenges.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and financial analysis reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records of R&D projects and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with customers and suppliers.
• Manage document revisions during development phases and ensure proper circulation.
• Maintain records of obsolete documents and ensure proper documentation practices.
• Assist in reporting updates and insights to senior management.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager Sales & Development.
