Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience in international call centers or telesales.
• Excellent verbal English with clear pronunciation, active listening, and a professional tone.
• Strong objection handling, value creation, deal closing, and buyer psychology.
• Highly coachable, resilient under pressure, target-oriented, and punctual with good shift adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead phone consultations, present tailored value propositions, handle live transfers, and close deals.
• Address complex customer concerns, objections, and price objections using negotiation strategies.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, recording call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales metrics in real time.
• Ensure full adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, brand messaging, and internal quality standards.
• Meet or exceed monthly closing quotas, revenue targets, and KPIs.
