Job summary

One Piece Consulting seeks a Senior Python Developer to build and scale production systems, lead architectural decisions, and mentor engineers. You will own backend APIs using Python and FastAPI, guide ERP customization with Odoo, and drive AI transformation projects for clients.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, review code, and stay ahead of industry trends in Python, FastAPI, and AI integrations. This role offers leadership opportunities and a chance to shape technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI for building APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and database design.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling backend systems.
• Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Lead customization, integration, and performance optimization of Odoo ERP modules.
• Own technical decisions across projects, from design through deployment.
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Stay current with developments in Python, FastAPI, Odoo, and AI integration practices.
