Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in public asset management.
• Experience designing or implementing asset management systems in the public sector.
• Proven track record in developing operational manuals and valuation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review documents and prepare/submission of inception report.
• Meet with key stakeholders to discuss asset management procedure.
• Prepare a complete list of assets for selected divisions.
