Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. seeks a senior designer to own systematized interfaces across products from a Lahore hybrid studio. You will work hands-on in Figma, build and govern a design system, and partner with senior engineers to ensure designs ship faithfully and stay consistent.

You will lead research, set design standards, mentor teammates, and defend usability under enterprise constraints while collaborating with React/TypeScript teams from the start.

Qualifications

• Shipped real product design for complex B2B or enterprise tools.
• Mastery of components, variants, variables and design tokens in Figma.
• Experience building or owning a design system used across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Design complex enterprise flows and make dense workflows clear and learnable.
• Own and govern a token-based design system with documented rules.
• Specify interfaces with exact tokens and behavior notes for engineers.
• Collaborate with React and TypeScript teams to align design and implementation.
• Lead usability research and validate ideas with evidence.
• Mentor designers and raise the design bar across the team.
• Balance enterprise needs with accessibility and compliance.
