Job summary

Robotech Solution in Islamabad is seeking an experienced product designer to lead UX on a client project, driving research, IA, and high‑fidelity design while building a practical design system that engineers will actually use.

You’ll sit inside an engineering pod, ship Figma to code in the same sprint, and pair with engineers on implementation. You’ll run small, opinionated user studies and help evolve tokens and components, ensuring the design system scales across products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Strong systems thinking and Figma craft.
• Have shipped at least one large product end-to-end.
• Comfortable in the engineering side of design (tokens, Storybook).
