Job summary

ACE Properties, a real estate arm of ACE Group of Companies, seeks a Senior Procurement Executive to lead the purchasing department, manage supplier relations, and drive cost-effective procurement across international operations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive P2P knowledge, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms while ensuring governance and data integrity. Collaboration with global teams and adherence to budgets are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement policies.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills for favorable terms.
• Knowledge of supplier risk management and market analysis for budgeting.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the P2P process, including PO creation, validation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with global/ regional Procurement Centers for data and contracts.
• Maintain procurement data in relevant systems and databases accurately.
• Conduct spend analysis and develop sourcing scenarios.
• Identify and mitigate supply, financial, operational, and reputational risks.
• Assist in price forecasts and budgeting cycles with the Procurement Manager.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• Lead or support negotiations of long-term supplier contracts.
• Onboard new suppliers per procedures and due diligence requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier and contract records.
