Job summary

Devsinc, LLC seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect, build, and scale modern web apps using Node.js, React/Next.js, Angular, and MongoDB. You will own features end-to-end, design APIs, and shape technical direction across product and platform teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive AI-enabled features, implement robust security and testing, and lead delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript with strong HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design.
• Production experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and MongoDB; exposure to PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong hands-on experience with React (Next.js preferred) and Angular.
• Solid understanding of system design, microservices, caching (Redis), and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with Docker; CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing habits: unit, integration, and E2E using Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Authentication and security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, OWASP.
• Excellent communication; able to present decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership in development efforts and delivering on deadlines.
• Self-starter with ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale full-stack web apps using Node.js, Express/NestJS, MongoDB, React/Next.js, and Angular.
• Lead feature development end-to-end from design and estimation through deployment and support.
• Design and own RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including BFF layers and API contracts.
• Build and maintain shared component libraries and design systems (Tailwind, Storybook); translate Figma designs to UI.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, serverless, and CI/CD.
• Integrate AI features (LLM assistants, semantic search, RAG) with AI/ML teams.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up delivery while keeping quality.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers; conduct code reviews and pair programming.
• Present technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
