Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a product-driven mindset.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SaaS or HR-tech products.
• Exposure to AI-driven or automation-based systems.
• Understanding of global workforce and HR compliance systems is an advantage.
